What it is: the current season, its one goal, its test, and its end date. A season is how one operator with three businesses decides what gets time. It is the reason this lane went quiet for 46 days and the reason it is back on a Friday.
The goal
End the season solvent. One goal, not five.
The test
Every piece of work answers one question: does this bring cash in faster, bring more cash in, or protect recurring cash? If the answer is no, it waits for the re-cut. GForce, the space-and-AI lane, passes the test this season only as asset building: the archive, the methods, the episodes. Not revenue. That is stated so it is not confused.
What the season protects
- Friday from 12:30 — the one block for this lane. The show ships from it.
- One build slot — occupied by the standing project. Nothing in the the ideas register opens a second.
The re-cut, 21 September
Three decisions are held until then, on four weeks of data rather than three days:
- The channel. Whether the space-and-AI work moves to its own YouTube channel, decided on what the audience actually did.
- The sending domain. So the email list being collected now can be mailed.
- The first program. Priced and scoped off the NASA-challenge method, once it is recorded.
Why this is public
Because the panel's season is "400 stories to 15, twice a week", and mine is "end it solvent." The show is the distance between those two sentences. See The gap — what they have, what I have.
